Before you come
Your first session
Your child's first session comes after each parent has had their own call, so nothing in the room is a surprise.
The office is on the second floor, with an entrance on L Street and a waiting room where a parent can sit during the session. Fifty minutes later, Raymond gives you the same short summary he gives the other parent.

How the day goes
Before
A parent tells your child where they are going and who they are meeting, in plain words. Raymond helps you find them on your call.
During
The first ten minutes can be with a parent, if your child wants that. After that, the session is your child's. A parent waits in the waiting room.
After
Raymond gives you a general update in the last five minutes. Both parents get the same one. He does not tell you what your child said.
On the first day
Do both parents come?
Not to your child's session. One parent brings your child, and the parents agree on who. Both parents have their own calls first.
What if my child will not go in?
A parent can go in with your child for the first ten minutes, or sit in the waiting room for the whole session. Raymond does not push.
How long does it take?
Fifty minutes, with a few minutes at the end for the update.
Ready to book the calls?
Each parent has a 20-minute call first.
